Project Objective:

To develop a Social Networking site for Candidates, Clients and Recruiters, which functions as a job board and Vendor Management System.

Challenges :

Large project with extremely complex functionalities. The site will provide talent accusation function similar to other job site with one big difference. The site will provide services as per the needs of the market place. In other words, this site will serve the market needs, by providing for the needs of its professional users. This will be a first ever combination of a Job Board and a Vendor Management System which will function in a real world environment by involving Candidates and Vendor Service Professionals in simple as well process oriented way so that the market needs are properly address.

Our Solutions :

We conducted usability studies to find out usability requirements of candidates recruiters and clients, what do they want, and what sort of features and products will they really like to use.. After carefully studying the scope of your project, we prepared a list of the functionality required of the system to accomplish the goals of the project and the

Also we conducted studies two find two most important aspects of the project and i.e. what are the users’ perceptions about the use of the system and what are the users’ perceptions about the ease of use of the system

Based on the findings of our user analysis we developed the process and /or information flow of the system.

EXTENSIVELY USED EXTJS AND BUILT MANY GRIDS FOR VARIOUS FEATURES OF THE SITE.

As a result, developed a site that focuses on the management of process rather than just sourcing or processing candidates. This site also allows its recruiter users the ability to load their entire existing candidates into individualized databases to be shared internally with other recruiters of their firm, and with participating clients. The recruiter can externally submit candidates and receive 100% feedback on the status of sent resumes to prospecting clients. The site also has the Job board basic function allowing candidates to come in, and for clients to hire those candidates. The client section has a Vendor management system.
