You have business strategies and policies that you need to implement on the Web through the use of User, Business and Data services.

Our web application development model is based upon 3 tiers: User Services, Business Services and Data Services. We create a visual gateway for the consumer to interact with the application.

The application is then integrated with the business logic and procedures from the Business Services.

The final tier is the Data Service layer. Data services store, retrieve and update information at a high level.

In this phase, we work with our customers in defining the project scope and establish the goals that the solution must achieve. This includes recognizing the constraints that are placed on the project, scheduling, and versioning of the application. By the end of this phase, we will have prepared complete documentation on what the application would achieve.

In this phase, we in collaboration with our customer, determine the "how's" of the application.

Once the project plan and functional specification are ready, we establish a baseline for the development work to begin. Our engineers then begin coding, testing and publishing data. In this phase, we establish the data variables, entities and coding procedures that will be used throughout the remainder of the project. We prepare a milestone document and submit to the customer for review.

In this phase of the web application development project, we mainly focus on testing and the removal of bugs, discrepancies and network issues that may otherwise cause the application to fail. We also establish the policies and procedures for a successful support system.
